Important Information:
There’s now a new way to manage your accounts online, our Mobile Banking app.
But don’t worry if you have not registered yet; you can register for the new Mobile app at any time and all of your banking arrangements - including your account number, sort code and any standing orders or Direct Debits you have set up - will be the same as they were with the old Online Banking system.
To register for Mobile Banking:
1. Download the app
2. Register by following the onscreen instructions
3. Create a new username, password and PIN. All your existing Online Banking arrangements will automatically be moved across to the new app, so you can use it straight away.
4. Check your phone is compatible. To use the app your device must be operating at least version 8.1.
If you do not have a compatible device, don't worry as an alternative is available which will allow you to continue to bank online. If you have any questions or issues registering for the Mobile Banking app, please call us on 0800 694 7193
Customers who use the app can:
• Manage personal accounts
• See recent transactions and check balances
• Set up new payees, make regular and standard payments to existing payees or transfer money between Al Rayan Bank accounts
• View Al Rayan Bank products held and apply online
• Set up balance and transaction notifications
• Set up and cancel standing orders
• Pay bills
• View statements
• Use the secure messaging facility
